The Design Process

Contact us by telephone or e-mail to speak to one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales people. During the initial contact, we will gather some basic information from you to help us assess what your requirements are, with regard to design and budget.

You will receive a quote for the services you have decided upon. Once approved and accepted by you, your quote will be merged with a contract. A required deposit will get the ball rolling, and we will discuss the estimated time line for your project.

Your domain name will be registered, and one of our designers will be assigned to your project. After a conversation to obtain your preferences, color choices, etc., "your" designer will start to work on a main theme and home page layout. Navigation will also be discussed at this time (how many pages there will be, and what they will be labeled)

You will receive a first draft of the home page layout (3 versions). Once you choose the layout, we will get to work on designing the content pages, while you get to work gathering the content, photos, etc.

A "shell" of your website will be presented to you for approval prior to addition of any content. At this stage, revisions can be accepted to page titles and navigation (the structure of your website).

Upon submission of the content by you (text, photos, etc.), we will get to work on filling up your pages.

You will receive another draft. This time you will need to approve the content and how it is arranged between the pages. Upon approval of this, our ("your") designer will put the finishing touches throughout the site, adding graphics where applicable, and making it look terrific.

Your site will be tested and sent to you, once again, for final approval before going live. Upon receipt of final approval, your website will be uploaded for the world to see!
